Auditions coming summer 2019!
Auditions for Big Fish will be held on July 25th & 26th, with callbacks on July 27th.
Auditions will consist of three parts:
-Please prepare a selection of a song that best showcases your voice that is less than one minute. Bring sheet music in the correct key; an accompanist will be provided.
-Be prepared to read the monologue below from the point of view of any character in the show.
-There will also be a dance audition, please dress for movement and bring appropriate shoes.

"I know about Ashton, dad. I know what you did. You saved a town and broke a girls heart. I get why you didn’t want mom to know, I do, but what you did was heroic.
I made a list of all your stories. There are thirty-six basic tales, with a lot of variations, of course. Some are just jokes. Awful jokes, mostly, but you take the rest and it’s like a myth. The take of a farmer’s son from Ashton who wanted to travel the world. You never did though. I did, and I think that’s because of you.
All this time I thought you were trying to impress me, you were trying to inspire me."
Rehearsals will begin in September 2019.
